4v4 league teams must have at least 1 female. Teams must have at least 1 male and 1 female on the court at all times.

Teams will play best 2 out of 3 set. The first 2 sets will go to 21 winning by 2 but capped at 25. The third set is first to 15 winning by 2 but straight to 15. In order to decide side/serve two players from each side will play one game of rock, paper, scissors, winner chooses.

Teams must serve in rotating fashion but are not required to rotate positions on the court during play. 

Games are self-officiated. If any rule discrepancies arise, please talk to the league coordinators for clarification on the call.

Subbing is not allowed once the season reaches the tournament.

In game Rules:

• Player must be "squared up" to set over the net

• No open hand receiving on serve or non hard driven balls

• No open hand tipping, must be closed fist or knuckled 

• Blocks will not be counted as a touch
